Japali Kitchens operated across hospital campuses, corporate hubs, and university canteens with zero digital infrastructure — orders came via phone calls and written slips. We built a full multi-outlet SaaS platform: QR-code menus per outlet, real-time stock toggles, WhatsApp order dispatch, and a multi-tenant staff console with scoped access per outlet manager.
Managing thousands of inventory SKUs and split payments across Tally and paper books meant total loss of margin clarity. We built a custom ERP with snapshot-pattern billing (cost and price locked at sale time), a split-payment ledger covering Cash, UPI, Credit, and Advance, and a dynamic analytics calendar showing daily margins with a single click.
